Dear Brian, On behalf of the Shute family, we wish to thank you for your help and guidance at the funeral service of our father Mr Jack Shute. Your presentation was excellent and was exactly what my mother and extended family wished for. The service was very fitting for the sort of man he was which we are sure you’ll agree, after listening to the eulogies of his sons. So please accept our heartfelt thanks and we will not forget your kindness and compassion. Sincerely, Jill and Len Mapstone.

(For the Late Jack Shute at Olsens Funeral Chapel, Sutherland on 5 October, 2011.)

Dear Brian, Thank you for presiding over Dad’s funeral service. You did not know Dad, however you made the service feel personal and this the family appreciated. When a loved one passes, you would like them to be remembered well and you want the service to have feeling. This we believe you achieved. The service went very well. A number of people who attended commented on how nice the service was and what a good job you did. I will be sure to advise Olsen’s of our appreciation of your service. Yours Sincerely, Neale Mattison

Dear Brian, I write to thank you for conducting the service for my late father Dr. Arthur Tucker, on his passing on 4 August, 2009 and with his service on 11 August, 2009 at the West Chapel, Woronora Crematorium. On behalf of my mother Nancy, and my siblings Peter and Margot, we are pleased to recommend you in the strongest terms as a Celebrant for such service. You were professional, diligent, friendly, available and approachable at all times in your research, preparation and on the day itself. For Arthur who had a quiet faith but was no longer church going, you provided the perfect blend or religious formality in a less formal format. So many of our guests commented to us on your dignified, highly respectful yet warm approach as did Nancy herself. One of our guests, a protestant lay preacher who has conducted services for his family in the recent past, described your conduct of Arthur’s service as “the best he’s seen”, as those within earshot heartily agreed. Congratulations and thank you again, Yours sincerely, John Tucker (CEO Standards Australia limited)
